2011-04-30 Mittag-Lefflerbreen nästan hela dagen
Today we continued to work our way up the Mittag-Leffler glacier. To start with it was a bit steeper with blue-turquoise icefalls on both sides of us. But after that the glacier flattened out more and we skied over big snowcovered areas, softly taking height. We started at 260 above sea, reached 900 meters and were suddenly swept in a compact whiteout. Just before stopping for the day we got a bit of downhill skiing in great snow conditions!
